SHIPPING

We process and ship orders out as quickly as possible (usually within two days of receiving the order,
except on weekends). However, processing orders and shipping may slow down with higher volume of
orders and heavy traffic, particularly around holidays. Please be sure to schedule your orders
accordingly.
It can take several more days during the holiday season for a package to reach its intended destination.
We are not responsible for late shipments. If an order comes in damaged or you get the wrong order,
please call us and we will replace it.
Save the box and original packaging for return and inspection. We can be reached by email at

concerns you may have.

RETURN POLICY

Here at Black Boot Coffee Company, we do everything we can to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a product, have a quality control concern, or would like to
return a product for replacement or refund, please contact us at info@blackboot.coffee or by phone at
(910) 707-3972.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase of a product. If 30 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It
must also be in the original packaging.

When sending a package, make sure to include all of the following items. The absence of any of these
items is reasonable grounds for Black Boot Coffee Company to deny your request.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There
is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not
received your refund yet, please contact us at …. Email.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
